April 2026 \/ Bulgarien \/ Melnik \/ Dorf aus der H\u00f6he<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mit gut 200 Einwohnern ist Melnik, das im S\u00fcdwesten des Landes am Fusse des Pirin-Gebirges liegt, eigentlich bloss ein kleines, bescheidenes Dorf. Melnik tr\u00e4gt aber den Titel &#8222;kleinste Stadt Bulgariens&#8220;. Dieser Status beruht auf der historischen Bedeutung des Ortes als einst wichtiges Handelszentrum. In Melnik trifft man auf viele historische Geb\u00e4ude, die unter Denkmalschutz stehen. Die Stadt ist aber auch bekannt f\u00fcr den Wein, der in der Gegend produziert wird, sowie f\u00fcr die Sandsteinpyramiden, die das Dorf umgeben.
