Hauptsehensw\u00fcrdigkeit von Kutaisi ist die Bagrati-Kathedrale, die \u00fcber tausend Jahre alt ist und lange als Symbol der nationalen Einheit galt. In Georgien sind wir wieder in einem christlich gepr\u00e4gten Land. 84 Prozent der Bev\u00f6lkerung bekennen sich zum Christentum, zehn Prozent sind Muslime. In der T\u00fcrkei waren 99 Prozent Muslime. F\u00fcr uns heisst das, dass wir wieder etwas ruhiger schlafen k\u00f6nnen. Hier weckt uns kein Muezzin mehr fr\u00fchmorgens. In der T\u00fcrkei war das noch anders. Wir konnten dort noch so abgelegen \u00fcbernachten, stets war von irgendwoher ein Ausrufer des Islams zu h\u00f6ren. Gross gest\u00f6rt hat uns das nicht, weil das eben zur T\u00fcrkei geh\u00f6rt. Wirklich vermissen tun wir es aber auch nicht.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>13.
