Poti ist Georgiens wichtigster Hafen am Schwarzen Meer. Die Stadt ist deutlich kleiner als Batumi und auch um einiges gem\u00fctlicher. Hier findet man mitten im Zentrum noch jede Menge freier Parkpl\u00e4tze. Mitten im Herzen der Stadt liegt die orthodoxe Kathedrale, die von einem sch\u00f6nen Park umgeben ist. Gleich anschliessend gibt es eine Reihe basar\u00e4hnlicher Marktstrassen.
